The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors and overall leadership capabilities. It is the only assessment of its kind and one that has a complete, clear, customized coaching program associated with it. The coaching program is the ELDS. This system has been designed by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and is made up of an introduction, and twelve developmental segments or disciplines. The program is completely customized to each leader and offers a baseline assessment for current levels of awareness, performance and effectiveness. Leaders create their personalized development roadmap and quickly progress to being the leader that they wish to be, in order to be most effective.
